DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE

Terrible customer service - no one is answering the phone. It’s been 3 weeks since I returned a product and still haven’t received my refund.

I purchase a Lightning McQueen truck …

I purchase a Lightning McQueen truck for my grandson and I’m not happy with the toy that was delivered to me it didn’t show any Lightning McQueen on the truck and I’m so disappointed it the truck actually doesn’t work it keeps on falling out of the grip and it’s not the Lightning McQueen that was shown on your Website so sad that I’m not impressed with the money I paid for the item the truck keeps on separating from the carrier it’s totally devastating sorry but I will never purchase from you guys instead of showing Lightning McQueen on the truck logo it says Dinico 51 and there’s a dinosaur showing as the trucks logo ????

They won’t post negative reviews on their website

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Keds.com and unfortunately, the pair I received was defective. One shoe was bigger than the other. They would allow a “free” exchange, which I did not want - but refused to provide a prepaid shipping label even though the product was defective, ans I had to pay for return shipping. Their customer service people were not necessarily rude, but stuck to their script and were unhelpful. When I received an email from Keds.com asking me to review my purchase experience I was honest and posted what I just said above. Today I got an email from them saying that my review did not “meet their standards” and wouldn’t be posted. I won’t be purchasing from this site again and advise you not to.

Horrible Customer Service

I’ve worn Keds for decades and love the shoes but this is the first time I ordered directly from their website and I’m not happy. The shoes were defective. One was bigger than the other. All I wanted to do was return them and requested a prepaid shipping label. Well unlike every other shopping site anywhere, they don’t do that - you have to fill out a claim form and submit it and wait for your photo to be “evaluated” and approved and then they offer you a “free” exchange (free shipping.) There is no option to just return the damn things without incurring a return shipping fee. I am never ordering from them again

This is the second time I’ve had a bad…

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experto the keds. I LOVE the shoes but for some reason they always get something wrong. First I am a 5.5 and I ordered the striped Cambray and they gave me a size 10 in all white. I did the return and everything and the lady was so rude. Next I ordered another pair of shoes and they didn’t ship them. It says delivered but they never arrived. That gave me a refund but still no shoes. Terrible customer service. Again I love the shoes but it seems like they don’t wanna sell. :(

I love Taylor Swift and I know that she is the endorser of Keds shoes. Thats why I love this brand, actually I just bought shoes from this store because of her and planning to purchase more soon. ????

Exchange for size that fit

Tried to do a return, same shoe, same price, different size. They charged me $15.00 more, then charged me $5 for the return, even though it was a swap. It didn't bother me at the time, but I should say that the shoe they sent me looked as if it had been worn. This is Keds, such a shame they treat customers as poorly as they do. I don't know what is going on with my returns or even if I will get a refund. Order them elsewhere. keds.com is horrible to deal with. They won't listen and then take their money. I will have to get the bank on this. I was so excited, it was a really bad experience. Strangest thing, my order history keeps changing from moment to moment. I can't even get it to stay stable long enough to send the other shoes back.

Incorrect item was sent and no refund

Incorrect item was sent. I ordered two pairs of Keds and was sent ( after two months waiting) two pairs of completely different shoes....not even leather. I contacted someone through their website and was told they would send me a partial refund. Are they kidding! I’m really upset about this but what can I do?

Terrible Service

Your #1 destination for ridiculously overpriced canvas shoes. Hey, it's your money; waste it any way you see fit. But the real problem here is their horrendous customer service. I returned two pairs of their shoddy shoes (very poor quality and they ran SO small!) using the shipping label they provided, and it took six weeks (!) for the package to arrive at their company. I checked the tracking number every day and I thought for a while that it had simply gone missing. Then, finally, it arrived, and I waited another two weeks for an acknowledgement e-mail and ANOTHER SIX WEEKS after that for my refund. That's fourteen weeks, folks, to get my money back. Three and a half months! And they had the nerve to charge me eight bucks for return shipping! The entire time, they completely ignored my e-mailed requests for status updates. So frustrating. Never again.
